A question looks wrong
Use Report an error on the question itself (in the exam, in your results or in practice). It tells us exactly which question you mean, and we check every report.
Payments, receipts and refunds
Payments are handled by Paddle, who emailed your receipt when you paid. For an invoice or a refund, email us with your order number (on My account). See the Refund Policy.
Signing in
Sign-in links expire after a short time and can be used once. If yours doesn't work, request a new one on the log-in page, and check your spam folder.
